Services For Concert Promoters
We offer our experiences in sales, Web 2.0, marketing and PR to concert promoters, concert and opera houses and can do this - as this is not our core business - on very attractive terms.
Funding support
Support for funding application is our main tasks for organizers. The services we offer in this segment are
- * joint design and optimization of presentation materials,
- * identification of additional, alternative sources of funding,
- * lobbying for the intended projects and
- * presentations to the respective donors support
Finding sponsors
For a good and long-term cooperation with concert promoters we see the support of finding sponsors as essential. Almost identical to our funding support services - but within a completely different context - our range of services for promoters is the following:
- * Joint design and optimization of presentation materials,
- * Identification of additional, alternative primary and secondary sponsors,
- * Use of development of the project for the business of each sponsor and
- * Presentations to the decision makers of the potential sponsor.
PR support
Our experiences and network from the artist cooperations can be used for promoters alike.
However, we have narrow down the range of services in this respect, so we can offer PR support for individual projects only.
So we cannot offer strategic PR planning and implementation for the entire cultural organization or the promoting company (e.g. opera houses and concert halls, as well as universities and conservatories).
Our main goal is to be positioned as cooperation partner of the existing PR staff and/or agencies.
Marketing support
Many years of professional experience in marketing both in the private sector, as well as in the classical music scene provides different perspectives on the particular marketing offer. We see ourselves as a sparring partner for new ideas and like to give analytical and optimization of efficiency scale feedback and support.
Also in the identification of ideal matching partner in marketing and public relations we can apply our skills.
Beyond that, we are not offering a continuous marketing support, like the implementation of full marketing campaigns or the development of complete new marketing concepts.
